The first Asian Chao restaurant opened its doors in 1991 at the Florida Mall in Orlando, aiming to become the go-to choice for shoppers seeking a quick and satisfying meal. However, it seems the chain has fallen short of its goals.
The reviews, both online and from customers, paint a grim picture. Long wait times, tasteless food, small portions, and poor service are common complaints. Even the signature dish, Bourbon Chicken, has received consistent criticism.
